A discovery session is where we get to know each other.  This session offers us the opportunity to discover what your current needs or challenges are and ensure we both feel that I am the best fit to support you on your coaching journey.  This will form the foundation of our coaching relationship, and will give you a greater understanding of my role and yours during the coaching process.

Duration - 30 minutes

Total Cost - FREE

In this amazing transformational program we get to look at your current reality, work out your goals and what potential blockers have been preventing you from moving forward.  Together we will map a route and navigate you to your 10/10 best life.  

This Program requires a minimum of six sessions and includes WhatsApp and email support for the duration of the coaching program.

Duration - 1 hour per session

Total Cost - £70.00 (per session)

Total Cost - £390.00 (block of six) saving of £30.00

Total Cost - £650.00 (block of ten) saving of £50.00

In this one hour breakthrough session we will look at your current reality, and any potential blockers. This will give you the foundation, confidence and know how to work towards your goals.

These group sessions are designed for friend's.  For likeminded people to talk through their "stuff" and get some clarity and insight on their goals and how to reach them.  It's a great way for friends to support each other during and after these sessions.

Cost - From £90.00 (per session, dependant on number of people)
