About Me & My Signature Framework
I’ve lived a life of rising, falling, and rising again. There have been times I lost myself — through divorce, heartbreak, career shifts, and moments that tested me to my core. For a while, I felt buried. But in truth, I was being planted. Each fall taught me resilience, each setback became a stepping stone, and slowly I began to reclaim who I truly am.
That journey changed everything for me. It showed me that resilience isn’t about being unbreakable — it’s about learning how to come home to yourself, even when life shakes you. We don’t need to be perfect to move forward — we simply need to feel safe enough, supported enough, and empowered enough to rise again.
Why Nervous System Work Matters
What I came to understand through my own healing is that resilience is not created from mindset alone. It is built through the nervous system — the internal operating system that determines whether we are in survival, overdrive, or inner safety.
When your nervous system is regulated, you think clearly, set boundaries with confidence, and lead yourself (and others) from a place of strength rather than stress. This is the foundation of my coaching approach. I integrate intuitive nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and heart-led coaching so that change is not just something you think about — it becomes something you feel, embody, and naturally live.
This is not theory. This is the process I lived through myself, now shaped into a powerful framework to guide other women home to themselves.

Coaching is a dedicated space just for you — a moment to pause, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with what you truly want from life, both personally and professionally. It’s not about analysing the past, but about moving forward with clarity, calm confidence, and self-leadership.
Unlike traditional coaching that focuses only on mindset or strategy, my approach integrates intuitive nervous system work. When your nervous system feels safe and supported, you think more clearly, set stronger boundaries, communicate more effectively, and make empowered decisions — whether in your home life, your relationships, or your leadership role at work.
