Hi I'm Dawn, a personal life coach and professional development mentor, based in Hornchurch, Essex. My goal is to support people in a safe space to enable them to be their true authentic selves. I am passionate about coaching and love watching my clients transform through the process.
As a woman in her 50's, I have been through many difficult times and had to face many challenges. Whist I overcame them all, I know my journey would have been easier with the support of an independent person/life coach, but way back then I thought they were only for the rich and famous!
I have always worked in roles supporting people, and coached people in the workplace, as well as being the go to person for family and friends. Realising my career wasn't lighting my fire, I made the brave decision to leave the corporate world and pursue my dream as a life coach. So here I am, an accredited life coach, with a wealth of knowledge and know how. I have completely fallen in love with the coaching process, and with a guiding hand want to help support others on their journey of self discovery.
What is coaching
With one-to-one life coaching, you will enable yourself to create the future you deserve. Coaching is a powerful method for addressing your current circumstances and life goals. It brings with it, self discovery, transformation, fulfilment and a new sense of self-love and self-worth. Unlike other talking therapies, coaching focuses on moving forward and planning for new exciting outcomes. The coaching journey is often filled with enlightening moments, enabling you to unlock your true potential.
As a life coach its my role, to offer a safe space with no judgment, where you feel comfortable and supported, and feel free to be your true authentic self. Remember this is your journey, and you are at the very centre of this process, you have everything you need within you, and it's my role to offer you a guiding hand, help you unlock your true wonderful, amazing self, and CREATE the life you desire.
